Dear friends, i'm so sorry for so slow in updating. Currently i'm a bit busy with my new house with so many things and so little time.

But as a 'craftoholic' i do find time to craft. As mentioned earlier i crochet hexagon for my stool and work to refine my tatting skills.

Crochet, Kitchen and Bird Tray.

Dear friends. Currently i am so attached to my new kitchen and spent so many happy hours there with my dearest. So many little things to do in my kitchen. Apart from cooking, i am crocheting stuff for the kitchen.

Now, i am crocheting covers for the stool in my kitchen. For this covers, i've found beautiful hexagon motif in Craftzine. Tutorial is given by attic24 in her beautiful blog post. I fall in love with her blog and can't get enough of it. Color, color and full with bright colors in her creations. I'll post my hexagon crochet covers once its finish.

By the way, i have the same tray like her. I bought mine in IKEA, Damansara. Colorful birds tray. In my current mood, i love birds motif. I tried to have birds motif curtain but my dearest disagree. There goes my bird curtain.

Cooking Time

The FAQ after i got married....do you cook?

My friends and family curious and wondering about my domestic abilities. My brother, Emi have made a loud statement that among three of his sisters, he have not tasted my cooking. I guess he forgot about my spaghetti bolognese 2 years ago which like once in a lifetime experience. For my wedding he gave me cooking pot as a wedding gift... i love his dark humor.

But i don't blame them, i myself wondering the same things. In my entire life few had the privilege of tasting my cooking. Mostly i cook when i'm in love which is a rare ocassion. Now that i'm married and in love, yesterday, i cooked our first dinner. Lucky me, my hubby being very polite about it. Menu for our dinner 'soup sawi' and 'fried eggs with soy sauce gravy'.

My dear tatter friends, this is my second tatting pattern to share with you. I used cotton yarn, plastic beads and stainless steel hooks for this earrings. It is quite simple to make. If you try to tat this, it will be nice if you could share the picture of your lola earring with me.
